Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be fully satisfied with your gear; if you are not, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery provided they are in original condition with tags attached. Please note that for hygiene reasons, mouthguards and protective cups cannot be returned once the packaging is opened.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided at the end of the return request process.

  Pack Your Gear

  Place the items in their original packaging and securely seal the box, ensuring the return authorization form is included inside.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number until your refund or exchange is processed.
